On Wednesday, November 7, Metro Transit and the City of Madison Transit and Parking Commission will hold a public hearing at 6 PM to discuss proposed increases to all Metro fare items.

The hearing will be held at the Madison City County Building, Room 201 (Madison Council Chambers), 210 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd.

An accessible entrance is located on Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd.

This fare increase is being proposed to go into effect on Tuesday, January 1.

Interested persons are encouraged to attend the public hearing to give feedback. Consideration will be given to views and comments expressed at the public hearing as well as to all written comments received.

The Madison City County Building is accessible to people who use mobility aids and is equipped with assistive listening devices.

Sign language interpreter services will be available at the hearing.
