Successful Aging Programs at Farmers' Market

Celebrating 30 years serving older adults, the Madison Senior Center invites you to a series of three programs aimed at increasing baby boomers' knowledge of successful aging. Join us on the second floor of the Senior Center in the Craft Room during the Saturday Farmers' Market:

Saturday, March 9th 9:00-9:45 a.m. - Courtney Crombie, Capitol Lakes Wellness Director, will demonstrate simple resistance training exercises for a stronger, leaner you.

Saturday, March 16th 9:00-9:45 a.m. - Tim Otis, President of PLATO, will introduce the Participatory Learning and Teaching Organization and Christine Beatty will provide ways of getting involved in the community through the Madison Senior Center.

The events are free of charge and open to the public at the Madison Senior Center, 330 W. Mifflin Street, Madison, WI 53703; Promoting Successful Aging, www.MadisonSeniorCenter.org. Call 266-6581 or just drop in.
