Address:
Williamson Street & Ingersoll Street
Madison, WI
Narrative:

Two people were taken to the hospital following a collision at an east-side intersection.

The crash occurred at the intersection of Williamson Street and Ingersoll Street. Both drivers were out of their vehicles and walking around when Fire and EMS arrived.

Each vehicle suffered major front-end damage, with one car resting on the northeast curb of the intersection and the other facing eastbound. The eastbound-facing car was still turned on and in “drive.” This vehicle was also missing a front tire, and the worn-down rim indicated this vehicle was likely traveling without a tire for some time. Engine Company 3 turned off the vehicle, and MPD investigated the circumstances surrounding the crash.

Both drivers were in stable condition as Medic 3 and Medic 4 transported them to local hospitals.
