Tree Takes Down Power Line on Regent Street

Narrative:
A large portion of a tree broke away and collapsed in the road and on the sidewalk. Power lines attached to a nearby house were taken down with it, leaving a low-hanging lines draped over Regent Street.
Engine 4 and MPD blocked traffic from passing through and kept onlookers at bay. MGE arrived to reattach the power line to the house. The City of Madison Forestry Division was also called to clear the tree from the road and sidewalk.
