N. Stoughton Road / Highway 30

Update:

The semi was carrying dry powdered cement at the time of the incident. Upon rolling over, the tank fractured and spilled approximately 100 pounds of cement. Diesel fuel was also leaking slowly from the single tank as the semi rested on its side. MFD crews used absorbent powder known as Oil Dry to soak up the fuel, and the leaking stopped as soon as the semi was turned upright, around 12:20 p.m. The roads were cleaned up, and Madison Fire crews left the scene just before 12:30 p.m., 8/31/16.
