No people, or pets, were injured when a vehicle crashed into the front of a pet supplies store Monday. Engine Company 14 was dispatched to the 2100 block of S. Stoughton Road, where the driver said her foot “must have gotten stuck” on the accelerator. She was wearing flip-flops at the time. A tow truck retrieved the vehicle, and the area was taped off until building inspectors could arrive to assess any structural damage. Madison Police also remained on scene.
