Fire Department

An Emerald Street resident smelled smoke on Saturday but wasn’t sure where it was coming from. Soon, her next-door neighbor came over with a watering can reporting a fire on the wooden deck steps. The neighbor put out the fire. Engine 4 poured additional water on the site to cool the area and assure a fire wouldn’t reignite.
