Fire Department

Ladder Company 6, Medic 6, Engine Company 1, and Command Car 31 were dispatched to inbound John Nolen Drive near E. Olin Ave. for a motor vehicle accident with one vehicle turned on its roof. Firefighter/EMTs were able to get the driver out of his vehicle.

The crash damaged some railroad arms at the intersection and knocked over a railroad traffic signal. Due to the vehicle's proximity to the tracks, railroad companies are being notified to avoid the area. Vehicle traffic on John Nolen is also impacted.

One person has been transported to the hospital.
