Firefighters responded to the 1900 block of Elka Lane, where witnesses reported a child’s tricycle was intentionally set on fire. 

Engine Company 10 found the tricycle still actively burning, but it was not threatening any structures or people. Firefighters quickly put out the fire and began gathering more information. 

Although there were witnesses, the individuals who started the fire could not be identified and were not found in the vicinity.
