One person was extricated from her vehicle following a rollover crash at the intersection of Northport Drive and Kennedy Road early Monday morning. Crews arrived to find the vehicle resting on its roof with the driver still suspended upside-down, secure in her seatbelt. Firefighters pried open the doors and safely lowered the patient from her seat. She was taken into an ambulance and evaluated by paramedics. She did not wish to be taken to the hospital.

According to the driver, another vehicle was involved in the crash but did not stay on scene. Madison Police blocked access to the intersection and remained on scene to conduct an investigation into the crash.
