A 19-year-old woman was taken to the hospital with minor injuries after a deer ran into her vehicle as she traveled along Wright Street, near Straubel Street.

The collision caused damage to the driver’s side of the vehicle and broke a window, but it did not force airbag deployment.

Medic 10 transported the driver to a local hospital to be seen for non-life threatening injuries.
