Fire Department

Ladder Company 7 responded to a small outside fire on the 6700 block of Schroeder Road, later discovered to be a dumpster fire. It took roughly 100 gallons of water to put out the fire. During overhaul, firefighters found three bags of garbage inside the dumpster. There were no known witnesses, and no additional information could be obtained from the 911 caller. It’s unknown how the fire began.
