Madison Area Community Land Trust is hosting an orientation event and all are welcome to attend. Attendance at an MACLT orientation meeting is a requirement for home purchase within the land trust but all who are interested in land trust housing are welcome to attend.

The orientation will be led by MACLT's staff where they will go over the general information related to ownership of a CLT home and things to consider. There will be plenty of time for questions and staff will answer any questions regarding the current home listing at 230 N Marquette st. Attending either of these meetings will be the best way to learn more about the steps needed if you are interested in purchasing a home through MACLT

These are the only scheduled MACLT orientations prior to the due date for intent to purchase submissions for the current 230 N Marquette listing Friday July 14th.
