What will really happen if the ACA is repealed? How will it affect people older adults? Tom Frazier and
Esther Olson will present up to date information, and answer questions about what is happening with
the Affordable Care Act (aka ObamaCare), and what the different outcomes could mean for seniors in
Wisconsin.

Tom Frazier has been an advocate and lobbyist for and with older people for nearly 40 years. He retired
after serving as executive director of the Coalition of Wisconsin Aging Groups for over 26 years. Since
retiring 7 years ago, he has served on the Advocacy/Legislative Committees for the 3 Area Agencies on
Aging in Wisconsin, writes a monthly column on aging issues for a senior nespaper, and co-hosts a local-
access TV program on senior issues.

Esther Olson, a UW-Madison Emerita, spent 30+ years with a UW Research Center. She served as
Chair of the Dane County AAA, was on the Board of the Dane County ADRC, and presently chairs the
Legislative/Advocacy Committee of the Dane County AAA. She also serves on her local Senior Center
Board. She successfully advocated for funding for aging programs in Dane County each of the last four
years. She and Tom Frazier conduct a training on Senior Advocacy each year to help seniors learn to
advocate for themselves.
