Ballroom Basics for Balance

Challenge your balance! Improve balance and reduce falls by learning basic movements of traditional and Latin style ballroom dance; practice on your own or with a partner in this class. No experience or partner needed! Taught by physical therapists. Meets Fridays, 10 am – 11:30 am, from September 5 – November 21. Special Intro Class on Friday, September 5! Fee: $35 for the series, or drop in for $8 per class. Dane County TimeBank hours are accepted. Scholarships available. Register at 266-6581.
