Metro Transit is now hiring for permanent part-time and full-time bus drivers. No experience necessary! We will train successful candidates on how to drive a bus, and prepare you for a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) test during our extensive training program.

Minimum Qualifications
- Applicant's driving record will be evaluated.
- Must be at least 18 year old
- All candidates will be required to pass the CDL Skills Test, administered by Metro Transit during training, as a condition of continued employment. Applicants do NOT need to have CDL prior to applying.
- Ability to interact appropriately and courteously with patrons and maintain effective passenger and public relations. Ability to work effectively with multicultural communities.
- Must meet certain physical requirements - i.e. ability to lift 50 lbs; ability to sit 4 to 8 hours at a time; ability to kneel, bend and lift, etc.
