Walk the Talk: A Panel Discussion on Living our Values of Racial Equity, Social Justice, and Inclusion
"MAC, WIC, LCET, RESJI, and NRTs, oh my!" What do these strings of letters even mean? In this session, representatives from citywide initiatives will give an overview of their purpose and priorities and then settle in for a panel discussion. Bring your questions and join us in learning about opportunities to join the work taking place across departments and agencies to make the City more socially just, equitable, and inclusive.
Initiatives highlighted in this session are the Multicultural Affairs Committee (MAC), Women's Initiatives Committee (WIC), Latinx Community Engagement Team (LCET), Neighborhood Resource Teams (NRTs), and Racial Equity and Social Justice Initiative (RESJI).
