This course seeks to teach participants to focus their awareness on the present moment and gives practical applications to help employees apply mindfulness to their day to day work. The course will cover the following objectives:
- Learn how to manage emotions and stress.
- Increase self awareness.
- Improve concentration.
- Learn to practice kindness and compassion in our work.
This is an hour long course that takes place over six sessions. Participants are required to attend all six sessions.
