Communication in Conflict
Conflict can both help and hinder us from being our best selves at work. Conflict can drive change and raise the best ideas to the surface, but it can also make communication more difficult, or stop it all together. The purpose of this session is to unravel conflict and communication and to understand the healthiest building blocks to effective communication through conflict.
By the end of this session, participants will:
- Understand the basics of effective communication
- Understand the role bias and managing emotions play in conflict in the workplace
- Have the ability to practice use of a conflict resolution model
