Project Overview
Installation of a roughly 65 kW solar photovoltaic system at the Madison Water Utility Paterson Operation Building. The system will consist of roof mounted modules and will produce an estimated 74,750 kWh per year. Once complete 41% of the building’s electricity usage will be generated by the solar array. The array will be installed by the Engineering Division’s GreenPower program where trainees with little to no electrical skills are provide on-the-job training through solar installations on City buildings.
