Project Overview

The annual bridge inspections have identified the need for repairs on the Sycamore Avenue Bridge over the east branch of the Starkweather Creek. The bridge deck and approaches are in need of repair and the City will apply a polymer overlay to protect the bridge deck.

The contract was awarded to Fahrner Asphalt sealers, LLC.

The bridge will be closed for up to three weeks to complete the concrete repairs and apply the polymer overlay. Message boards will be placed one week prior to closure. A signed detour will not be provided.
