Attending Virtual Meetings

You can watch virtual meetings online, or listen by phone. Get details from the meeting’s agenda or the meeting page on the Meeting Schedule.

Register to Speak

Public comments for virtual meetings will open when the meeting’s Agenda is posted. You can register to speak at virtual meeting, or register in support or opposition of an agenda item. After you register, we will contact you with the information you need to join the virtual meeting.

Madison City Channel

A limited number of virtual meetings will be available on Madison City Channel. You can watch these meetings in several ways:

• Livestream on the Madison City Channel website.
• Livestream on the City of Madison Youtube channel.
• Television: Watch live on Spectrum channel 994, AT&T U‑Verse channel 99, and Madison City Channel on Roku and Apple TV.
