At 4:00pm today, March 17, 2020, Streets Division customer service offices will close to the public until further notice.

The drop-off sites and other Streets Division services, like curbside refuse and recycling collection, will continue.

Only the public walk-in customer services offices will be closed for social distancing purposes at this time.

Customer service questions will still be answered by calling the offices, submitting a Report-a-Problem message, or sending an email to the general Streets Division inbox.

Recycling Fee Sticker Sales Changes
Since the offices will be closed, residents will need to adjust how they purchase recycling fee stickers.

Residents who need to dispose of an item that requires a recycling fee sticker have two purchase options. 

Stickers are not available for sale at the drop-off sites.

Residents must obtain stickers for the necessary items before taking them to a drop-off site, or setting them to the curb for disposal.

Option 1 – Online Purchase
Purchase the recycling fee sticker online at www.madisonpay.com. Once on the page, click on the “Appliance Disposal Sticker” or if the item is a tire, click on the “Tire Disposal Sticker” and complete the form.

Stickers will be mailed to residents upon completion of the purchase. Allow at least a week for delivery.

Option 2 – Mail Purchase
Mail a check along with a note explaining the stickers you need to the following address. Stickers will be mailed back upon purchase. Allow at least one week for the request to arrive at the Streets Division office, and an additional week for the purchased stickers to return.
