Terra Engineering & Construction has two sewer lining projects that will require peak-hour lane closures on South Blair Street at Williamson Street:

9:00 a.m., Wednesday, December 26 to noon, Saturday, December 29:
South Blair Street will be reduced to one lane in each direction between Williamson Street and Railroad Street.

9:00 a.m., Wednesday, January 2 to noon, Saturday, January 5:
One of the two northbound lanes of South Blair Street will be closed at all times, at the Williamson Street intersection.  One westbound approach lane of Williamson Street will also be closed at the Blair intersection.  Both southbound lanes of South Blair Street will remain open.

Drivers should expect traffic delays during the morning and afternoon peak traffic times.
