The Streets Division intends to collect refuse and recycling on January 30 and January 31 as scheduled. Carts should be placed to the curb by 7:00 a.m. for their scheduled collection.

Information for Residents with a Monday Collection Day
Refuse and recycling collections to make up for the suspension of services on Monday, January 28 will also begin on Thursday, January 31.

Residents who have full refuse and/or recycling carts and cannot wait until the next scheduled collection day for these materials can place their carts to the curb by 7:00 a.m. January 31 for pickup.

Residents in the Monday collection day district whose carts were out but not collected on January 31, should leave them in place. Crews will be assigned to complete the Monday collection routes on Friday, February 1.

If the extreme cold forces a suspension of collection operations, the Streets Division will make the appropriate announcements.
