Madison Police Chief Noble Wray has announced an organizational change for 2008. Captain Richard Bach, who has led the North District since 2005, will be heading to the City County Building to take over Traffic and Support Services. Captain Cameron McLay is currently in that position, and he will move to the North District starting in January 2008. Captain Bach joined the MPD in 1979. Captain Mclay in 1984.
