METRO TRANSIT AND ADAMS OUTDOOR ADVERTISING
UNVEIL THE FIRST FULL WRAP BUSES

MADISON, WI. Soon Madison-area commuters and residents will see rolling picture canvases on city streets. Metro Transit General Manager Chuck Kamp and Adams Outdoor Advertising General Manager Chris Eigenberger unveiled Metro's first two full wrap buses Tuesday morning.

Einstein Wireless and Dejope Gaming are the first two advertisers to purchase full wrap transit displays in this market.

"These colorful buses add excitement to Metro. They will be circulated throughout our route system and many people will have an opportunity to check them out. The windows are covered; however, riders may easily see outside through the special vinyl material," said Kamp. He added, "Metro continues to face serious funding challenges to maintain, let alone improve, service levels. The revenue we receive from these full wrap buses will help to alleviate a portion of the property tax burden."

Eigenberger said, "We look at this as a great opportunity for the City of Madison and Adams Outdoor Advertising. The city will receive increased revenue and the local and national advertiser demand for this cool and fun product will finally be met!"

"Einstein Wireless is proud to be part of this first-ever bus advertising strategy for Madison," said John Altamura, president of Wisconsin-based Einstein Wireless. "It's the perfect opportunity to advertise our unprecedented wireless plans-with no deposits and no contracts-in an unprecedented way to customers in Madison."

Carole Laustrup, Executive Manager of Dejope Gaming said, "Dejope Gaming is happy to be part of this new program! We are pleased that we can advertise in this manner to draw attention to 'fabulous Madison, WI!' We look forward to welcoming all of you to our beautiful, newly renovated facility that is part of this community."

Adams Outdoor Advertising was awarded the transit advertising contract with the City of Madison as of February 1st. A total of 15 buses are allotted for future use in the full wrap pilot program. In addition to these buses Adams Outdoor Advertising is also marketing standard size transit displays on the remainder of the Metro Transit fleet.
