At 4:45 PM on Saturday, November 1st, City crews will begin closing streets that intersect State Street, which will be used for Freakfest.  All streets that intersect State Street will be closed by 5:00 PM. 
 
East Gorham Street will be detoured onto Blair Street.  West Johnson Street will be detoured onto Bassett Street.  The detours will last until approximately 2:00 AM, Sunday morning.
