Starting at 7:00 a.m. on Monday, August 21st, InterCon Construction will fully close the intersection of East Mifflin Street and North Baldwin Street in order to install underground Madison Gas & Electric utilities.  The closure will last until 7:00 a.m. on Monday, August 28th.   

Starting at 7:00 a.m. on Monday, August 28th, InterCon will close the intersection of East Mifflin Street and North Dickinson Street.  This closure will last approximately two weeks. 

Pedestrian access will remain open. Bikes should use the signed bike detour on East Dayton Street.

This is part of the Madison Gas & Electric underground utility project on East Mifflin Street that includes the three blocks between North Ingersoll Street and North Dickinson Street.
