The City of Madison today issued a Request for Proposals, seeking qualified real estate development teams to respond to a Request for Proposals ("RFP") for a significant housing, commercial or mixed-use development opportunity on Block 88 as part of the Judge Doyle project in downtown Madison. This prominent site is in the heart of the City’s central business district and is the subject of an on-going two-block redevelopment effort that will unite the vibrant Capitol Square with the Monona Terrace Community and Convention Center.

The City invites qualified development teams to respond to this RFP by April 15, 2019 for the development of the air-rights above the City’s new municipal garage (opening in the fall 2019). There will be a Pre-Submittal Information meeting in Madison on Tuesday, March 19, 2019 at Noon in Room 153 of the Madison Municipal Building, 215 Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard.
