Course Description

You must attend RESJI 1: What are Racial Equity & Social Justice? before attending this session.

Now that participants have a foundation in the key concepts of racial equity and social justice, RESJI 2 provides participants with the tools to integrate these concepts into their daily work. Several tools and techniques are shared and practiced, including a racial equity impact analysis, organization assessment, and development of strategies and work plans. This session is highly interactive and will give participants concrete tools to take back to their department.

This course lays the groundwork for Racial Equity Social Justice Part 3.
