General Course Cancellations:

Attendee Registration Cancellations:

It is the responsibility of the registrant to remove themselves or notify Organizational Development of a cancellation of a course enrollment as soon as possible. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received less than 10 days before the day of the event. All cancellations should be completed through Eventbrite, by clicking on "View and manage your order online" at the bottom of your Order Summary for the course in question.

Learning Partner Course Cancellations:

Please contact OrganizationalDevelopment@cityofmadison.com to cancel a course you're hosting prior to taking any action. We want to ensure all parties who have registered are properly notified, and that back-end course settings are updated to reflect the cancellation as needed.
