Project Description

This project entails the construction of a concrete foundation and waste oil containment. Construction will be within the public right-of-way adjacent to the parking lot access for Cherokee Marsh Park near the intersection of School Rd and Wheeler Rd. The new waste oil drop off site will be constructed partially by City Engineering and Joe Daniels Construction Co. After Daniels Construction completes the construction of the concrete foundation, City Engineering will install the primary tank, shelter and work toward removing the existing waste oil drop off site.
 

Schedule

Construction is anticipated to start the week of August 20th, 2018. The construction of the foundation has an anticipated completion date of October 30, 2018. The opening date of the new drop off site has not been determined.
 

Cost

Estimated construction of the foundation is $50,000

Status

The contractor will be ready to begin work by the end of August 2018
