Project Overview
The Southwest Path will be resurfaced in various locations in 2020. As part of the project, limestone screenings will also be installed along the path shoulders to replace previously eroded materials.
Project Limits
Odana Road to Glenway Street and Commonwealth Avenue to South Prospect Avenue
The connector ramps at South Prospect Avenue and Harrison Street will also be resurfaced as part of the project.
Project Schedule
The contractor for this project will have a flexible schedule that will allow them to perform the work between the beginning of May and the beginning of September. Whenever a section of the path is closed for resurfacing, it will be for a maximum of five days and signs notifying closure of the path will be placed a minimum of 14 days in advance of work beginning.
