Project Description

The general sequence of street construction will go as follows: tree removals, sanitary sewer, water main, storm sewer, asphalt & concrete removals, new retaining wall, new gravel, new curb & gutter, new driveway aprons, new sidewalk, new asphalt paving. It is anticipated that the construction of the sanitary sewer, water main, storm sewer will take 2-3 months. Grading, concrete and asphalt work will take place in June and July.
