Project Description:
 

City Engineering is upgrading the storm mains at the intersection of Park Edge Dr and Park Ridge Dr which flow through a public easement at 6741 Park Edge Dr. This project will involve the upsizing of street inlets, relocation of the upgraded storm main and repaving approximately 100 feet of Park Edge Dr. Storm main will be relocated from the existing location within an easement between the condominiums at 6741 Park Edge Dr and through a new easement within the south driveway of 6741 Park Edge Dr and connect to the adjacent Stormwater Utility property (Greentree) to the east.

A section of Park Edge Dr, from 6702 Park Edge Dr to the south driveway of 6741 Park Edge Dr, may be closed for a period of 7 days. Contractors will work to maintain access.
