Project History:

The project has continued with the forming and pouring of the concrete structural decks and is currently working on Level 4 of 5 of the parking ramp. The forming and pouring of the concrete structure for the entry lobbies and the commercial portion of the project along E Main St are progressing and the underground site utilities are currently being installed. The concrete framing is scheduled to complete in August.

During the 1st quarter of 2018 the project has continued with the foundation work and the underground rough-ins and the vertical work have started.
During April 2018 the slab on grade and the shoring for the elevated decks will begin.
