Voices of Color
A virtual monthly series at which we hold engaging conversations with Black, Indigenous, People of Color who are making a difference in the Madison community. Listen to their stories that speak to cultural differences, learn more about Madison from a different perspective, and ask questions. Have an experience that may challenge you to think outside your comfort zone. Our program is hosted by Melvin Hinton, a familiar voice from the WORT 89.9 FM Radio Literature program.
Peychen Wu joins us on Thursday, May 19, at 10:00 am to talk about her experiences, as a professional and as a woman of color in our community. Ms. Wu lived in Taiwan until she was 12. She moved to Madison over 30 years ago, and went to middle school, high school and college in Madison.
