There’s more than one way to tie a scarf!  Make the most of your scarves and learn ways to tie them for warmth and fashion.  And, learn how to tie colors together and expand your wardrobe with scarves.  Bring a scarf or two and learn from Jane Earl on Thursday, January 15 at 1:30 pm.
