How can we learn to feel truly at home in this fast paced modern world? In this series, we learn to use yoga postures and breath as gateways to the richness of the present moment. We explore a set of simple yet profound yoga and mindfulness practices to nourish the body, to bring peace to the mind and to open the heart. This series is perfect for those who are new to yoga and mindfulness, as well as experienced practitioners who are interested in deepening their practice. Please bring your yoga mat, if you have one, and a sense of curiosity!
Instructor Kasumi Kato has studied yoga, meditation, massage, and other healing arts throughout the world. She completed a 500-hour teacher training with Alignment Yoga.
