CITY OF MADISON MEN’S PUBLIC LINKS TOURNAMENT 2019
Day 1: Saturday, August 24, 2019 (Yahara Hills East)
Day 2: Sunday, August 25, 2019 (Odana Hills)
Time: First tee-time 9:00 a.m.
Format: 36 hole stroke play
Eligible players: Any amateur golfer with a WSGA handicap linked to a public golf course

How to enter: Enter online or enter in person at any of the four City of Madison pro shops with cash or check (check made payable to City of Madison treasurer)

36 Hole Stroke Play: Saturday, August 24 at Yahara Hills Golf Course – East Course
Sunday, August 25 at Odana Hills Golf Course
(MUST HAVE A VALID WSGA HANDICAP AS OF 8/15/19 TO ENTER.)
Tee times beginning at 9:00am both days. Tee times for the Sunday round will be determined at the conclusion of the Saturday round based on player performance. Please call Odana (608)266-4724 or Yahara (608)838-3126 after 5:00pm Saturday to receive your Sunday tee time or check the tournament website (found at bottom of this page).
Entry Fees:

*Golf Cart Fees not included. Must pay for cart rental the day of the tournament. Cart rental is optional. Price is $16 per player per day for cart rental.
Entries may be paid to Odana Hills, Yahara Hills, Monona or Glenway golf shop staff by Monday, August 19 at 5:00pm. Participants may pay in cash or check made out to the City of Madison Treasurer to any of the City of Madison Golf Course Pro Shops. Participants may also register online by visiting the tournament website (listed below). No late entries will be accepted. Entry fee covers greens fees, purse, range balls, Breakfast Buffet before play on day 2 and The Champion’s Cookout Dinner beginning at 5:00 pm following play on day 2.

Flighted Championship: Flights determined by number of entries.
Championship, A, B and C Flights play gross. D flight will play net.
Trophy awarded to the Public Links Champion only. Name will be engraved on perennial trophy as well.
All awards will be given in the form of club credit to the player’s account.
Participant withdrawals can be made up to 48 hours in advance. Within 48 hours of the tournament, no tournament entry refunds will be granted.
Championship and A Flights will play the Blue Tees. B, C and D Flights will play the White Tees.

Optional: $20.00 SKINS GAME paid on day one of the event will cover skins for both days. Championship and A Flights will have its own gross skins game, B and C Flights will have its own gross skins game.
D Flight will have its own net skins game.

Eligibility Requirements:
Open to all public course amateur golfers.
Must have a valid WSGA Handicap from a public golf course as of 8/15/19.
High school competitors may only accept the championship trophy due to WIAA regulations regarding Amateur Status.
Tournament Director may grant up to five (5) private club exemptions for this event.
Dress Code: Proper golf attire, including a collared shirt, slacks or shorts and shoes.
