Come join us! Members of the University League's French Reading and Conversation Group host this free monthly gathering for adults with intermediate to advanced level French. The first hour is conversation followed by an hour of book discussion--come for one or both parts. Reading and conversation take place entirely in French, although all who want to build exposure to the language are welcome. A limited number of books for discussion will be available at the library's "Ask Here" desk. In January 2020 the group will begin discussing "L'Education Sentimentale" by Gustave Flaubert. "L'Education Sentimentale" is also available freely online at https://archive.org/details/bnf-bpt6k6576703v and in audio at https://archive.org/details/L-education-sentimentale Fourth Wednesdays, 12:30-2:30pm Sept 25 & Oct 23, 2019 (No meetings in Nov or Dec) Jan 22, Feb 26, Mar 25, Apr 22 & May 27, 2020
