Turville Point: Turville Trails with Jeff Steele
Join naturalist Jeff Steele for a family friendly walk on gentle woodland, prairie and lakeshore paths through the beautiful Turville Point Nature Conservancy. Along the way Jeff will share stories about the history of Turville and some of the interesting trees and wildlife you will see.

Free, family-friendly Bird and Nature Walks are offered year-round on Sunday afternoons 1:30-3:00 pm. Discover the hidden natural areas in four of Madison's most beautiful parks and conservancies. Volunteer trip leaders and participants share their enthusiasm about nature and the birds, plants, and animals. Walks are on easy paths through scenic areas. Enjoy healthy nature recreation with a bit of nature education!

No registration is required. Please wear appropriate clothing, insect repellant, and footwear for the weather and hiking. Dogs are not allowed. Binoculars, cameras and children are welcome! For more information or to volunteer, contact Paul Noeldner (608) 698-0104.
