Today is the deadline for voters who are indefinitely confined to their homes to request that the Clerk's Office send them an absentee ballot. The Clerk's Office must receive these requests no later than 5 p.m. today.

Please note that in order for your ballot to be counted, it needs to be delivered to your polling place on Election Day by either the Clerk's Office or someone you designate to deliver the ballot to your polling location. Postmarks do not matter; ballots received after Election Day are not counted, in accordance with State Statute. Please read the absentee voting instruction letter carefully. We want your vote to count!

Voters who are hospitalized or are serving on a sequestered jury may appoint someone to pick up their absentee ballot from the Clerk's Office. The Clerk's Office may issue absentee ballots for hospitalized voters and sequestered jury voters until 5 p.m. on Election Day.
