Midsummer Dreaming! Join Naturalist Alex Jeffers on a free, family friendly walk to look for birds and explore one of the most beautiful natural areas in Madison. We will look for the bright colors of Orioles and other Wisconsin birds in the woodlands, prairies, and lakeshore feeding new babies amid the lush summer growth of native plants, flowers, seeds and berries.

Free, family friendly, no registration required. Bird and Nature Outings at the Lakeshore Preserve every 4th Sunday of the month are co-sponsored by Madison FUN Friends of Urban Nature partner groups Madison Audubon and Friends of the Lakeshore Nature Preserve. Please support these groups and see our websites and Facebook pages for more bird and nature activities. Contact 608-698-0104
