Tickle Buffalo Bellies!  Families and kids love to go on nature outings along the Cherokee Marsh trails, boardwalks and belly boards in search of birds, frogs, bunnies and other wildlife.  Learn about the beautiful prairie plants that tickled the bellies of the buffalo and other fascinating plants and creatures in the web of life surrounding us.  Free, family and kid friendly, wear comfortable clothing and bring insect repellant.

Walks at Cherokee Marsh held on the 1st Sunday every month are co-sponsored by Madison Bird City FUN partners Friends of Cherokee Marsh and Madison Audubon. Follow North Sherman Ave. to the parking lot at the end of the gravel entrance road.
