Venus was honored this year with a "Legacy Award" at the annual Black Women's Wellness Day for her work inspiring families and youth to embrace a healthy lifestyle through fitness and the "Healthy Lifestyle Award" at Black Women Rock. No registration needed! Remember: The family that moves together grooves together!
